Dave is the Co-Founder of Clarity House and the Strategic Director for the Grace Family of Churches headquartered in Atlanta, GA. 

Dave lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife Kim, and has three children Emma, Izzie and Frankie.

Mark Thomas is a former Big Four Practice Leader and board director with nearly four decades of experience guiding higher education and not-for-profit institutions through complex change.

Mark Lives in Orange, CA with his wife Lynda and has 4 adult children. 

Scott Papador brings over 40 years of corporate and entrepreneurial leadership experience, offering strategic guidance, technology expertise, and management insight to business and nonprofit boards. He resides in Summit, WI, with his wife, Melinda, and they have three adult children.
